20 years of innovation

For thousands of years, wheat has been a primary and strategic food source in the bread-making industry. The ancient Egyptians were the first to discover yeast for bread-making and placed great importance on wheat, flour, and bread. They even referred to their wages as “bread,” as work meant earning a living. Archaeological evidence suggests that the ancient Chinese also used wheat flour in various applications more than 4,500 years ago.

Omega specializes in the manufacturing and production of enzyme enhancers and provides innovative solutions for mills, bakeries, and pasta factories, specifically designed to meet the needs of commercial baking operations. We develop fresh products that serve the wheat, flour, and bakery sectors and build long-term relationships with our partners in this industry.
